Music was brilliant. Service at venue very poor. Ran out of all lager, cider & red/white wine by 7.30pm! Food queues well over an hr & most ran out of food come 8.30pm.

Review of Jess Glynne

I throught I paid to be entertained by Jess Glynne but instead had to put up with watching people drinking way too much and causing problems and being sick everywhere.I feel sorry for the family’s with children that had to also put up with it. Jess Glynne did make  an appearance at the end for all of 45mins ,but I just  feel that I could have had the same experience down the pub.

Disappointing ...... luckily we didn't arrive til after 7pm but still frustrating wait til after 9pm for Jess to appear and although a good performance it was only about 1 hour ..... definitely not good value.  Venue lacked organisation at exit.   We had prepaid park and ride as had many people, to find that others who had not paid got on buses and then started throwing up!!!! not a good experience.

Stood with children from 4 till way past 9 for jess Glynn to actually start although she was good her performance was short and not worth keeping kids stood around drunks being barged for hours!  My child was knocked off fence and marked face for drunken women hopping fences to get into golden circle not a good experience at all

We had tickets from pdf.....but had to go to the box office and change to wristbands.....we had no knowledge of this
