New owners took over in spring 2015 and have not looked back. This pub/bar/restaurant is all about family and community. The pub had a major refurb, and although huge is still cosy and traditional, perhaps it also has something to with the warm friendly staff! Everyone in the local community and beyond is catered for. There is a mini farm in the pub garden, with a pony, chickens and rabbits. That's the kids taken care of...in the holidays there are activity days for the children, face painting and sometimes Peppa Pig pops in to say hi.
