Knowing that you are booking an event for so many people should mean that you are aware of making sure there is ample air coming into the venue for patrons. Unfortunately it was extremely hot and unbearable…couldn’t breathe …had to walk out a few times to get air

Great night, the bingo caller was hilarious unfortunately the event presenter was rude and very sarcastic which wasn’t banter. Had to get him to come over the far side so we were involved in the event. Staffing at the bar could’ve been better but other than that the atmosphere was great and I would definitely recommend 👍

Excellent night out at Buzz Bingo. Really enjoyed the extra new games such as song bingo. The host did a great job of keeping the crowd happy & getting everyone to join in the fun. More please! The only negative was not enough staff manning the bar meant long queues for drinks or food.

Bar is really poor
Poor selection of drinks,not enough staff queuing for 25 minutes to get one drink
Over priced ,,very unfair caller for the games picks and chooses who they wish rather then first person up to guess the song.
Won't be going again
Word of mouth gets you along way il tell 20 friends how poor it was they'll tell another 20 friends and so on.

An interesting night. Very expensive once at the venue- £4 for a single can.
Bar closed before the second half of the show even began. People playing bingo moaning about people laughing or singing. It either needs to be one event or another.

Great night really enjoyed it but after following Buzz Bingos advise to get there early (thinking we could eat there) we were shocked to fine every Gluten free option had been taken off the menu to simplify things. Now i totaly understand having to downsize the options BUT my friend is celiac and i had advised her GF was available. She had a packet of crisps!!! I felt awful.Come on Buzz you can do better.😡

There was no atmosphere for me and was disappointed with it. I have been to other events similar and they were much better. The night felt disjointed.

Add a few references to films put a couple of staff in pink jackets and call it at event!! NO. I've been doing my own kids parties for 30 years I think I could have done a better job.
Never been to Buzz bingo before and will not be returning.. Staff were ill prepared for the event . Asked to collect membership cards before event, which I did the day before after signing up online, only for it not to be active on the night. Partner went to collect on the night to be told they had no cards available. It was a ticketed event could they not estimate how many were coming? Same for the bingo cards they didn't have enough to go round , we were asked to share between 2!!! Unfortunately due to COVID 5 of my party were missing so that was 5 less at the event, would have been even less to go round had to venue been full. Sound system was terrible mostly inaudible, definitely too loud. Caller inconsistent with his calling, no clear instructions wasn't sure when he was calling numbers or just having banter. Crowd chatted throughout, phone calls being taken. Couldn't even get a drink to take the edge off as it took 20mins to be served warm cans. I'm sure some people enjoyed it but it wasn't for me.

The host was absolutely shocking, zero atmosphere, bingo hall ran out of soft drinks, unorganised and boring, left early not what we thought it was going ti be at all.
