BOA was great but I felt really cheated by the inaccurate and misleading description of the charge candy "lockers". I booked one as it was described as a "personal locker" but it turned out to be a cloakroom service. I would not have booked it if I had known, as I am medically vulnerable and don't want someone else handling my items. They did give me a refund though. Also I think it's a con that they only offer to hire out their own chargers. There should be an option for those who want to charge their own chargers. At another festival I have been to there is an actual locker with an electrical socket in it - that is so much better - I wish BOA had those.

Absolutely rubbish power banks and they didn’t open on time and when I went to return the power bank for refund, the shop was closed. Never again 👎🏿

Really friendly service, perfect for keeping valuables safe during the event would definitely recommend them and will use again in the future.

It was a waste of money. I purchased the weekend locker as I was camping but could only access the locker during the arena opening times. The lockers closed when the arena did and therefore before the event even finished. I kept my main valuable in the car instead so I could access it whenever I wanted and what was the point as I'd have had to collect it Sunday night anyway.

It was handy to have a charger each day so i knew i would always have juice to take photos and videos and pay contactless BUT i feel like the chargers barely give you one full charge, id say from dead i was getting about 50% before the powerbank gave up, one day it only gave me 30% so i took it back and the friendly staff changed it for me with no additional charge. i would recommend buying this ahead of the festival as its much cheaper.

Very expensive for just a locker! Especially when you have to queue up to access it, and cannot get to it in person. But other than that, the people were friendly and helpful.
