Bought a locker to charge my phone and store my valuables as I don't feel comfortable keeping them in the tent. I found when I went to charge my phone that they wanted an additional TWENTY FIVE pounds to charge my phone on top of the locker which cost £18.99. Absolute rip of con artists. I'll chance it next time if I'm at a festival and these cowboys are the chosen partner. Lockerhouse are far better value for money and don't take advantage of people.

Charge Candy, where do I start.....I was sold on having an actual locker, that I would be able to access personally. This could not be further from the truth. Having a Sharpie Pe, a few bits of A4 paper and a random number allocated to me but not written/printed which I could bring with me was very concerning. For my items to be taken "round the back" and out of site made me shiver with fear. For all I know, my car keys and bank cards were thrown in a box, probably accessible to anyone behind the scenes. I await my Bank telling me there has been "some unusual activity on my account" in fear. The fact also that there was little to no Mobile Phone signal at site also gave me the fear! All of this, not communicated when making the booking!! I certainly will not recommend or use again!! I feel this is a futile request, but I would like my money back or at least an acknowledgement of some kind of refund.

I got a safe from charge candy which you handed all your belongings to the staff to put in the locker so to retrieve them was a nightmare.
Had to wait until it was open no 24 access.
Had to wait in a queue with people who was charging there phone or swapping their charger no instant access.
So I won't be using again sorry.

Charge candy were very helpful charging up my phone even when it needed a flat surface for maximum charging efficiency and the staff were supportive and very helpful.

price issue was only with the food, which was definitely over priced. I ended up not buying much at all and mostly living off the snacks I'd brought from home.
other than that I absolutely loved it. my first time, hopefully not my last. security team stood out as soooo friendly.
