The main event was pretty good; however, had bought tickets to the after party and the irganusation of that was poor. We were asked to wait outside in the cold for a while whilst the after party was set up - nothing changed inside the house during this time periods completely unnecessary and obviously dampened tge mood quite a bit. Once we found out people were going inside through a side door we joined them just to get warm. Turns out we were just waiting for the dj to switch from outside to inside. We left after 45 mins as had gone past it by then due to the wait. Suggest the switch Iver time could have been seamless with pre recorded music played inside in between.
Also was clear people could easily have got in to the after party through the side door without giving paid to be there - lots of security personnel but few checks. After party a complete waste of money unless it got significantly better for those who stated.

Bullied, kicked and punched at the front. Security did nothing. Lots of favours for friends of the venue. Told certain drinks on the menu weren't available to find out later they were in the cellar and didn't want to fetch any. Long toilet queues and filthy indoor toilets. Outside toilets were better! Some staff were rude. Not worth paying VIP.

So disappointed in the event , no build up to Howard arriving and when he did no stage presence at all . No interaction with the crowd who were there to see him. Venue needs more seating in the garden area and all bars need to be open to everyone all evening to avoid long queues

Such a beautiful setting with superb facilities and extremely friendly staff. We had a wonderful time!

Great venue, stunning surroundings, brilliant djs. Only downside is the drinks were very expensive.
