Est. 2014 The Distillery is an Independent Restaurant & late night Bar in the heart of Derby’s Cathedral Quarter. We provide wholesome, quality-driven menus that are fresh, fun and innovative. Remaining true to our focus on quality, we use traditional elements of bar tending with some of the finest distilled products from across the world. We are home to Derby’s largest collection of Spirits, with speciality menus to help you find the best drink for you. Over the last six years we have hosted many events and our space has been designed to bring people together. So whether you are visiting for brunch, lunch, dinner or cocktails, we are open to serve you seven days a week.
