Review of Club Class Luxury Campsite Pass at Y Not Festival 2019
Not enough toilets, venue isn't ideal as turns into a washbasin in the rain! Food vendors were hit and miss and pricey. Headliners good but music and comedy earlier in the day meant for not enough options.

Review of Y Not Festival
Waste of time and money, worst festival ever been to would not recommend to anyone. Wristband fell off Saturday at a gig and I had to buy a new one to get back in the festival which cost me another £150, even though the day before on the Friday the same happened to my mate (cause the bands are rubbish and tacky) and he was given another for free. I was also accused by a security guard of being ejected and he didn’t believe me when I said I wasn’t so he checked the ejection list and I wasn’t on it because I hadn’t been ejected, he just assumed I had by the way I was dressed and looked which is in my eyes is very discriminatory. Overall the staff were extremely rude and the festival was very disorganised (especially when trying to leave). Never going again and only been twice.

Cleaning staff were absolutely amazing , really friendly and welcoming .we didn't get to use the facilities as much as I would have liked due to the event organisers not being coordinated and and methodical with sorting out access to the venue from the camp sites until quite late.Weather was terrible but predicted .When we went to dry out hair , only two of the dryers worked and the straighteners were not hat enough to do anything with even if they did work .

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2018
Well organised and looked after for the space we had. Could do with separate make up stations from the hair dryers etc but apart from that did the job of making me feel clean n fresh at a festival.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2018
We were very disappointed to say we had spent £37 each to use these facilities. They closed early meaning you could not use the loos after the headline act had finished and when open, they had no running water to wash your hands (even on Friday before the power/water had stopped working following the storms). On Sunday the facility had no power so we were not able to use the hairdryers or straighteners; we were also advised to wash our hands in the showers after going to the loo as the toilets had no running water. The tent poles had also come loose in the wind and were swinging around in the enterance making it very dangerous to enter and leave the showers. The showers were warm which is a positive but there were no lockers to secure your belongings whilst in the shower and the cubicles were too small to change in. I am only small (5ft size 8) and I struggled!!! I certainly will not be using this facility again nor would I recommend this to a friend.

Your toilets and showers at ynot festival were a complete disgrace. Dirty, smelly, maintenance was awful no toilet rolls water in loos, no hand sanitizer the list can go on. The handrails and steps coming out of the toilets were not stable. The portaloos on campsites and in main arena were a really nice experience, well maintained cleaned and restocked no stench like in yours. I will not be buying a pass next year.
