Review of Y Not Festival
Unfortunately I broke my arm and couldn't attend the festival but trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. I have sent them all medical records and we paid ticket protection but they are still wanting a doctors note saying I was unable to drive, will never buy tickets for it again as it looks as though they are not paying a refund
Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival
The club class pass is 100% worth the money! We camped in misty mountains and even though it was a bit of a trek it made the experience so much better being able to shower and have nice toilets!!! I will definitely be using club class again!!

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival
This review is for the 'club class' luxury toilets and showers at Y Not Festival in July 2022.
It was promoted in an email from Y Not on the 1st July and the link read "It’ll be located with the General Camping area giving you easy access throughout the day!". What I took from that was that it would be easy to reach from the arena. Nope.
Firstly, I couldn't find it. It wasn't shown on the map. No stewards knew where it was. VIP hadn't heard of it. Welfare suggested the Box Office (reasonable suggestion) and they didn't know but thought it was in the Arena. After well over an hour of walking back and forth (and up in General Camping) I gave up assuming I'd been scammed.
Finally on Friday evening I saw someone wearing a Club Class wrist band and they told me where to find it. Not in the main general camping. Past the Glamping, past the family and quiet camping - basically right at the very end of the furthest point - "next to some sheep" as the lovely staff running it commented.
Was that "easy access throughout the day!"? Not really - unless you didn't want to see any bands. A good 20-30 minute walk each way.
What was there was good - probably 20 flushing toilets which were clean - clean/hot showers and a room with counters, make-up mirrors and hair dryers/straighteners.
It was nice to get clean, change in an open-plan female only changing room (fine but some cubicles would have been a good addition) and put my make up on for the day in a full size mirror. There were also some sinks - plenty of soap choices.
Would I buy it again? No.
It's not the fault of Club Class to be fair - but the festival organisers really screwed up on the location and lack of staff awareness.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival
we enjoyed having access to the club class. hot showers were brilliant! would have loved the pamper lounge to have stayed open Sunday evening so we could get ready before the main act coming on.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival
Very pricey but couldn’t not have a shower !! No water on the Sunday for quite a few hours ( but was told it was through no fault of their own ) ….. definitely need more mirror space .

Booked this with some friends and it was an absolute god send! The only downside was a lack of music - we would have loved some songs to bop to as we got ready!
