Review of Jika Jika presents Drumcode
Spent 4 hours queuing before getting to actually enjoy the music . There was a single bar available which was heavily understaffed and another que fest. Real shame as I expected it to be run by drumcode and be a legitimate event. Felt like something that was thrown together in 3 days. Un organised , unrealistic logistics just a real shame. Feel sorry for those who bought weekend tickets. Absolute money making scheme, not about the music at all.

Review of Jika Jika presents Drumcode
Absolutely terrible, waited 2 and a half hours in queues as it seemed to be well over sold. Not well managed. Ended up deciding to leave as we still hadn’t got a drink at 9 o’clock. We go every year but would consider not going again. Waste of money paying for a ticket to stand in queues very disappointed as we love the festival every year.

Great lineup, great music. Overall though, the day was a huge let down due to the venue set up.
When it came to buying drinks, there was only one bar and thousands of event-goers queuing up for 1hr - 1hr30mins a time… sandwiched like sardines/cattle in a one-way overcrowded fence system. At one point, people got so frustrated they were unhooking the gates and cutting through. Surges of people fighting their way through. Health and safety would’ve had a field day.
Would’ve been nice to have enjoyed the DJs rather than queuing all day for a drink. Shame because this was the first one back since Covid with an outstanding lineup

An absolute s**te show of an event.
Queuing for 1hr 15mins to get in.
Then Queuing for another 45 mins for wrist band to be topped up to buy drink.
Then another 1.5hr Queuing for a drink! Shambles and so poorly run which is disappointing because I've attended some good jika jika events in the past.
Not to mention the pre pubescent teens off their heads on drugs was a horrible sight seeing the state of them.
