Review of Bottomless Brunch
Unfortunately it was not what I expected. I asked for something to be put on the table as it was a friends birthday, they said they would see what they can do. This did not happen. Our table was booked at 8pm, we arrived at 8 and was not shown our table until 8:15. The worker took us over and there were a group of people on the table, he asked them to move and got us to sit down. The problem with this is that all their drinks and food were left on the table when they got us to sit down. They brought food out straight away, we didn't get a choice or have a clue what food they did. It was presented nice but they only had 1 choice of sandwiches which none of us liked and they had multiple coconut cakes which we were allergic too. We got our first drink around 8:40, they only served us once. After this we had to go to the bar but it was very busy, we only had 3 drinks each the whole time. In regards to the food, the table of two next to us got more food than we did. The floors were extremely slippery and the toilets were out of order. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Waited half an hour before our first drink was brought to us. The food was minimal annd left a lot to be desired. The food was already served on the table before we got there. No plates. No cutlery. We were kicked off our table dead on 7pm without the choice to stay and purchase drinks. Definitely would not recommend.

When booking this we were not told that you only have a choice of 3 c**ktails and wine , we paid for 4 people and we ordered 3 different c**ktails and 1 wine and we had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to arrive but they gave them as 3 jugs which makes them very juicy but we was then told we could not order any other drinks until we drank all drinks as they have a no waste policy so our guest who had wine had to wait until the other 3 had drunk a jug of c**ktails so the 1 drinking wine sat there for around 20 mins after drinking here wine with nothing , they only had 2 staff pouring drinks so when you actually had a waiter come to you it still took around 15 mins for them to get your drinks ready , I felt sorry for the manager as every table was complaining ( not good ) .... The food was a joke we had 6 triangle sandwiches between us ( that's 3 pieces of bread ) between 4 and only had ham sandwiches ( that's ok if you like ham ) there was around 12 small cakes but I mean little but it was fresh . It's not worth the money and I will be telling everybody I know so they don't waste money .

Lost a star,as it was really cold for the hour or so. Basic food,but was nice, drinks flowed,customer service was really good. Excellent value for what we paid. My head is paying for it this morning.

I have never in my life had such poor service, we arrived 10 minutes early there were a few waiting already. They kept us waiting 10 minutes past our booking time. Then when we sat down took them another 10 minutes for drinks. Our time slot was 7pm till 9pm so we never got our first drinks till 7:20pm and they clearly state on tables we have to be finished by 9. Then food came out and that was just poor the amount they gave us for 5 People was shocking could of fed one of us, 6 little triangle sandwiches, 2 sausage rolls, 2 cheese rolls, couple of c**ktail sausages and abit of lettuce tomato and cucumber not even enough for 1 thing each, then a few little cakes but mainly coconut. They then only let us have 1 c**ktail jug between 3 of us, then when we finished it had to keep going to the bar and waiting ages. The staff were over worked felt sorry for them you could see they were trying there hardest, they really need to have a better system and more staff, organisation comes to mind. Then the toilets were just awful they were over flowing but in to the bar area the floors were slippery and wet with no wet floor signs health and safety would have a field day.
