Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
Was a fun day, but for a balloon festival there really weren't many balloons. A few were inflated and deflated throughout the day and a few were launched but it was nothing like ones I've seen on TV in other places. The "night glow" didn't even use the balloons, just the baskets and burners. Was mostly just a funfair with entertainment and a fireworks display.

The event itself was brilliant lots to see and do I thought the food and drinks were very over priced and was told the rides were very expensive too but the good out weighed the bad canât wait for next year (hopefully)

The event tickets really good value. Will deffo come again next year. The food stalls and rides way over priced. £3 for a bottle of water or pop is silly. Then £5 for a small tray of chips absolute rip off. Also £5 for a waltzer ride. Donât mind paying for things but wonât be ripped off. Can make it an expensive doo especially when your a family

Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
I understand balloons are affected by the weather but would have expected some to be tethered to see different shapes or some stands/photos anything relating to hot air balloons. The event was saved by the Viking and American Civil War areas otherwise an overpriced fairground with extortionate soft drink prices £8 per slush!

We wanted to see the balloons, we arrived at 12, by 4 pm we had seen Everything there was several times, with only very limited seating my feet wouldnât allow me to stand another 4 hours to wait for the ballon show so had to leave disappointed
