Event was cancelled on  22nd December . Poor communication and customer service, constantly chasing them after the refund was promised and I was made to feel as though I  was in the wrong,I  was then blocked which is very suspicious behaviour, no apologies given at all. I had to escalate to my bank and report as fraudulent as other customers in the same situation have also advised to do, very poor stay well away!

Review of The Enchanted Adventures - Himley Hall Christmas Light Trail

Very expensive for what it was.  Hardly any lights. Extremely muddy.

Event was cancelled as I was travelling to the venue on 22nd December. Initial communications via email were prompt offering a refund but despite giving all the necessary information no refund was given. Out of pock*t still no refund  so have escalated things to my bank fraud dept.

Lovely experience with my  children. Good to get them out of the house for some fresh air and a pretty wander

I had half price tick*ts and would probably do the same next year as would be too expensive at full price. Would have likd a donut stall. All in all though it was a lovely night and the food was well priced. I loved the lasers.

Terribly muddy and slippy which could definitely have been avoided given proper routes and paths to accommodate footfall considering the dry weather we have had. 
Beautiful features for all installations but each and every one fell flat due to poor planning and execution. Looked like someone had a fab budget but no experience in event planning. Would not go again or recommend. Not even worth the money at half price.

Wasn't sign posted so we didn't know which way to go to get to the start, even one of the car park marshals just said it's up there n pointed, but it wasn't it was the way out! Very muddy all the way round, wasn't value for money, only 2 foods stalls 1 refreshments, I used the direction on the email but it took me to a pub carpark. Went to the gates all in darkness but there were 2 men on the gate.

Loved every minute.Superb Staff,wonderful trail,well organised.

The light show at Himley Hall was well organised and the one way layout was easy to follow to see the lights. The staff were friendly and efficient.
