How long does the trail take?

Are there toilets?
- Toilets are located in the village area but not along the trail itself.
What should I wear?
- Wear warm, suitable clothing, as the trail is outdoors. Warming igloos are available along the route but are first-come, first-served.
Disabled Parking?
- Ample disabled parking is available near the event entrance, but it must be pre-booked.
Will there be strobe lighting?
- Yes, some areas use strobe lighting, which will be clearly signposted and can be avoided. Other sections contain flashing lights, but these will not exceed 5 flashes per second.
What happens in bad weather?
- The trail will operate in most weather conditions, including snow, sleet, and rain. If extreme weather necessitates cancellation, your tickets will be moved to the next available date. Updates will be shared on our website and social media channels.
Do you accept cash?
- We accept both card and cash payments, but please note there are no cashpoints on site.
What’s the adverse weather policy?
- The Himley Hall Light Trail is a mixed indoor and outdoor event, open through most winter weather conditions. In severe conditions, parts of the event may be canceled for safety reasons. Such decisions will be communicated as early as possible.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the trail or in any indoor areas to preserve our special effects.
Alcohol Policy?
- We enforce a Challenge 21 policy. Please have ID ready if you appear under 21. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone intoxicated.
Lost Property?
- Report any lost items to a staff member as soon as possible. If found, items will be held for 14 days. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
- No, all tickets are e-tickets. Your booking confirmation and e-ticket barcode are all you need to gain entry.
What does the time on my ticket mean?
- The time on your ticket is when you should arrive at the entrance. To avoid queues, please stick to your allocated time slot.
What if I’m late?
- If you arrive late, you may join the next available session, but it’s best to arrive on time to ensure the full experience.
Can I get a refund?
- All tickets are non-refundable, and sales are final. No refunds are available.
