Overall I was incredibly disappointed with this event:
The FAQ's stated that although the road was closed, taxi's could enter, there was no information provided to me however about where the taxi's could enter the park so we came in from Dudley way and was told by a guy at the barriers 'boss man, this is the drop off point' so then had to walk down Himley Hall to get in- bad start.
The lines to get in were ridiculous and slow moving. I witnessed a security guard (female) say to the dog handler to pick a particular girl out of the line from behind me- she had done nothing, was quiet etc so I felt this was shocking behaviour on part of the security guard to single people out. The bag checks and wristband process was slow and badly organised. Once inside the event the food selection was limited and incredibly over priced- I pad £13 for a portion of curry as big as my hand. The lines for the drink were REALLY slow moving, the 'bar staff' were dancing and flirting with customers, took us around 30minutes to get a drink, which again was ridiculously over priced- £40 for 8 small sized cans. Other prices were £18 for a bottle of wine and £8 for double spirit measures- ridiculous. The music was ok, DJs unknown to us- I presumed DJs who play on the Word of Mouth circuit, everything really over priced and overhyped considering this. I could've plugged my Spotify in to be honest and got the party going just as well. Also by the end of the event people were excessively drunk and becoming argumentative with other customers, jumping in line for drinks, jumping the toilet line etc. Also there was one big sign saying urinal but other than that no clear signage so if you hadn't read the faq's you wouldn't of known about the big urinal, resulting in lots of men in line for the toilets with females making it a long wait and also at one point I saw people climbing and dancing on the cublices.
I would give a word of mouth event a go again in the future but overall I found this event overpriced, overhyped and badly organised.

Such a varied age range that at 50 I didn't feel "too old", there was no trouble there , it reminded me of my clubbing days in the 90 s, if any of you older ones like me want to relive you 20 s again,then word of mouth is definitely the venue for you!

Staff were friendly and organised. The road closure was inconvenient as we had to walk to 1km to the event carrying our stuff luckily we packed lightly. It was my first festival and I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to going again.

Amazing event, from drinks service and toilet ques. Went all very smoothly and added to a perfect atmosphere and day! Well done Stu and WOM team. Would deff recommend such a well thought out event.
