The firework display was amazing and loud. great variety of food outlets , which all smelt yummy, but i found the queues too long, so didnt try any unfortunately. overall i would reccommend the event and probably go again next year.

due to the rainfall the event had no parking, limited activities ( 3 fair rides) - plenty of food venues and a huge bar queue. The lane was chaos as cars were still allowed through even though people had to walk on the lane. Portaloos also long queues - too many people for the size of venue and facilities provided. All about the bottom line Social Eats!
Fireworks were good however the accompanying music couldn't be heard at the car park!

Fantastic firework display BUT much too short notice to advise people on the afternoon of the event that the car park was closed. Organisers must or should have been aware of the ground conditions at least by the day before, also this was only advised via the Facebook group and could easily have been missed. 3 stars for atmosphere only because far too many people were packed into the venue with extremely long queues for everything, to be expected at events like this but not in excess of an hour for a hot drink! Not a great experience on the whole so sorry to say would not attend this event again.

Music was amazing! Felt like we was at a family festival. Fireworks went on for a very long time and started dead on time. Food was expensive but not much more then expected nowadays. Will definitely be returning next year

The event was originally advertised with parking however due to the weather this option was removed as the event was moved onto the car park. Due to this the event organisers stated there was street parking available of which there was none due to the venue being located in a country lane with no lighting. The communication of this change was poor, no email from organisers just a fb post. The organiser was happy to quickly answer questions regarding payment at the venue but failed to provide a quick or any response to queries such as disabled parking, localised parking or their refund policy. The only replies received were generic copy and paste stating get a taxi or a lift which for us wasn’t feasible. I am still waiting on a reply regarding my refund.

This event was poorly handled and as British weather can be unpredictable a suitable and safe contingency plan should have been put in place. It safe to say I won’t be booking and other events through this organiser.

Couldn't get in. Stewards didn't no what they were doing. My autistic son then panicked so we had to go home. Wasted money on tickets I never got to use

The venue was put together well. However, the food was not family friendly in terms of cost. My family and I enjoyed the display and the music was of great taste too, we didn't really splash on the food due to the cost. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Couldn’t get anywhere near the event, people were parking on the side of the dual carraigeway, which is extremely dangerous. Therefore unable to know if event good or bad as couldn’t park anywhere so had to turn around. Shame as we were looking forward to this. Need to explain when booking about the lack of parking situation.

Dissatisfied and disappointed, no seating for disabled customers, some stalls that were advertised were not there, left after half an hour as there was no disabled considerations. Would not recommend.

We were appalled to turn up to this event to discover no parking was provided, so cars were abandoned up to a mile away in every direction. Especially as we'd been to previous festivals at this site and they had provided parking.
The tickets were a reasonable price but many of the stalls were very over priced.
I also wish more information about the fireworks start time was available otherwise we would have arrived even later!
Despite this, the layout was good the fireworks impressive and security seemed effective. However we wouldn't return unless if they provided parking.

The event parking was withdrawn at the 11th hour. The roads surrounding the event were chaotic and dangerous. Nowhere to park where I could walk safely with my children and after returning home was unable to taxi to the event as all were fully booked. Absolute shambles of an event, poorly managed and not an event company I will consider booking with again.

Parking was absolutely atrocious, cars were made to park all the way up a nearby duel carriageway which was dangerous for everyone involved. On the Facebook group the event said there were nearby streets to park in which wasn’t true. The event was oversold and therefore packed with people who were slipping over in the mud and bumping into eachother. Sadly me and my partner didn’t even get to see the fireworks because the event was so uncomfortable, we left after being there for 5 minutes. Would like a refund.

They moved the venue last minute so was crammed onto a tiny car park. Queues were ridiculous and people couldn't get through. Prices for food were extortionate. Food vans weren't apparently allowed to sell any drinks. So had to queue for half an hour at the bar just to get a bottle of water. Couldn't even see the fireworks because the only place we could get to stand was behind a tree due to there not being enough space for people to see the display properly. Getting to the venue was a disaster as the road was shut due to last minute changing the venue and restricting any parking. Not a great atmosphere as a lot of unhappy people being squashed into such a small space. All in all, very disappointed.

It was oversold . Couldn't move and queen for food or dink were over 30 mins. Couldn't get near to fireworks as it was completely packed out. Expected it to be busy but we were packed in like sardines
