Bonfire & Fireworks at Stourbridge Rugby Club

Tickets are non-refundable or transferable. 

TICKETS WILL BE SCANNED AT ENTRY GATE PLEASE ENSURE PHONES ARE CHARGED OR TICKETS PRINTED OFF.

FOR FAMILY TICKET HOLDERS ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP MUST ENTER TOGETHER.

PLEASE NOTE:

Entry will not be permitted to persons with an under 13 ticket unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.  Please be prepared to show I.D. 

We reserve the right to refuse entry and will not offer a refund in this instance.

CAR PARKING:

We are offering car & mini bus parking this year. You will need to purchase a ticket in advance along with the relevant gate entrance tickets.

SECURITY:

NO alcohol or drugs can be brought into the event by any spectator - searches will be in place by our SIA security team.  PLEASE NOTE: You WILL be required to show I.D and we are operating “Challenge 25“.

Our security teams reserve the right to disperse large groups, and remove individuals from site if their behaviour is deemed as inappropriate.

SPARKLERS:

Unfortunately, we are not able to permit the use of sparklers at the event and these will be confiscated on entry. This is for health & safety reasons due to the number of people attending the event.

DOGS:

With the exception of service dogs no dogs will be allowed on site. 

This is a fundraising event for our rugby club and any profit made will be re-invested back into the club to bring rugby to our local community.
