We enjoyed the event ,needed a outside toilet block with lights for the ladies
Also needed crowd control when every body spilled out onto the main road,
Everyone was walking into a live main road,it needed some personal to slow traffic down and guide the people
Otherwise a great night
Excellent catering and drinks
You ad a bonfire which was good ,Himley hall will lose people by not avin a bonfire,I would recommend Rugby club every year now

For the price of the tickets and how big the venue is we expected there to be a bit more going on than just food stands and a 20 minute fireworks display.

We got there at 6:30 and were home by 8, which we found a little disappointing as this was our first time at this event.

kicked us out 9:45 and was meant to finish at 11 , was not much to do and fire works were hidden behind trees

No onsite parking allowed was never mentioned when I purchased my tickets, if it had I wouldn't have booked.i am disabled and having to pester people to take me to the drop off point is embarrassing. Very dissapointing

Really good family event and great atmosphere overall but a couple of negatives:

1) The stage is at the back of the huge marquee and too far away from the outside area. If you're outside you can't enjoy the live music.

2) Bar is overpriced and queues mid afternoon were awful (45 mins+ to get a beer).

Huge marquee with plenty of areas to sit. The bands and DJ were excellent - really good mix and all knew how to work a crowd! Great didn't have any kids with me, but seemed to be plenty for them to do outside. Food stalls were good and prices as expected. Slightly confusing as to who was waiting for food and who was waiting to order - maybe have a separate ordering point?
Toilets were kept clean and regularly stocked up which makes a nice change at a festival! My only gripe was the bar when it got very busy. People were being overlooked and there was some frustration. Taking far too long to be served at times. Perhaps have it split into lines and bar staff assigned to that line? May help it flow better. More stock is definitely needed next time!
Overall a really great event and full credit to the organisers. We definitely had a fab time and will be coming again.

Toooo many kids!!! Don't allow/sell water pistols. It ruins it for everyone else.
