Review of AURA Opening Night
This seemingly new set of staff (both security and general staff alike) were incompetent and unable to direct myself and the group to our table. I asked one security guard where the cloakroom was located but he could not direct me. After finally getting to our seat, things were good. However, later on into the night, our glasses and reservation sign was removed and other people sat down. Us as customers do not have the authority to kick people out of the booth, it should be made more clear that a booth is private. I donât expect to ask security every single time, to remove people. The alcohol provided was alright at best, but overall the night was not worth the high price point. It should be noted that the club decreased the price of this package over 30% only a few hours before the night, despite me booking weeks in advance, which I find appalling. Young man on the dj set was great through.
