Great band and great venue but fact was first come first served when this is an all seated venue was a problem. I was fortunate to be able to sit with my husband but fact seats weren't pre booked led to arguments and people having to sit away from the folk they had come with. Felt so sorry for the staff because people were taking out their frustrations on them. If Skiddle can't sell the actual seats for a venue like this might be better to allow the venue to sell the tick*ts to prevent repeat of same situation at future all seater venues

Show was fantastic. However, on arrival at 7.00 pm as per tick*t information only to be told that the bar was closing as the band was about to start!! We were offered water and I'd bused there to enjoy a drink before the show. Very disappointed. We then had to wait around 50 minutes because of seating chaos due to a sellout crowd and no seating allocation. Despite this I see VE again as they were brilliant.

Brilliant show, top class entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. Magnificent vocals, totally excellent band who looked like they were enjoying themselves as much as their audience.
Can't wait to see Vintage Explosion again and certainly will!!

We had booked our tick*ts in January, from Skiddle, no allocated seating, when we arrived last night at gardyne theatre , the venue was overbooked, there was no seats available!!! I had to sit on a wee staff seat at the top of the venue which was uncomfortable , my friend ( who had to sit separately from me) was offered a hard plastic chair to sit on, I'm reluctant to book any more tick*ts now from Skiddle.

Band was very good but they used a unreserved seat policy and it was total chaos also over sold tick*ts so some people had to stand outside the hall and listen to the band.

Vintage Explosion were brilliant, the musicians in the band were top notch, shout out to the bass guitarist, skills! The singer, Ernest is so authentic and his vocal skills were up there with the best, highly recommend and would definitely see them again
