Dont know where to start.
Customer service non existent. Rude and unhelpful staff. Owner who quite clearly needs to go on a ma agreement traini g course.
Inexperienced barman on his own whilst a queue of people waiting to be served a d owner and manager standing doing nothing g.
No c**e. No jaeger. No grey goose. Plastic cups.
No toilet roll in dirty toilets.
Function area freezing cold and buffet not worth mentioning.
I have been in the hospitality industry for 30yrs as a bartender,manager,trainer and this beautifull building needs someone who will concentrate on customers and attention to detail.
3rd time there

Food was a bit of a disaster came early doors only sandwiches pies avaliable .I never actually ate much before I arrived or during big dissapointed to there and cause consiquences drink on an empty stomach
