Review of The Skids
Tremendous. The Skids were tight as a drum and sounded great. Young bands should watch & learn, although from the number of aging players in the crowd it looked like a Dunfermline musicians night out.

Review of The Skids
If I was to sum up this concert in one word, that word would be AWESOME.
The Skids are back, but you would never, in a month of Sunday's, think they had been away. The energy, passion and enjoyment had by the sell-out crowd AND by the band was there for all to witness. The smile on Richard Jobsons face from start to finish would put any Cheshire cat to shame. The audience was made up mostly of individuals similar to me - middle aged, hair receding, just a little overweight, who really had no right to be at a Skids concert - but my goodness, us auld-timers showed the youngsters of today how to really enjoy themselves. I'd put money on the fact there will be a few sore backs and pulled muscles today in quite a few households up and down the country. The Skids are well and truly back and I, for one, am shouting this from my rooftop.
