Review of Black Horse Beamish Traditional Christmas Market
It would have been nice to be welcomed to the event by someone, but there was no-one around that we could see on arrival. Event was very busy which caused difficulty browsing at stalls. There was no obvious place to get a drink or food inside. Queing for Santa was chaos, as the queue blocking the entrance into the marquee. The present my daughter recieved was lovely though. No reindeer (as advertised would be there) which was disappointing. Won't go back.

Review of Black Horse Beamish Traditional Christmas Market
Not enough there and not enough food options. Felt lacking in atmosphere and was so quick to go around due to how small it was over in minutes. Santa was ok but no grotto and he was at the front door when you arrived so no surprise or specialness to it really. Shame as the venue is lovely but just no where near enough going on and not enough food options. Where were the sausages, cheeses, beer sets, jams annd chutneys and mulled wine! Poor really

Review of Black Horse Beamish Traditional Christmas Market
Our two yr old was entranced by the singer. Santa was very patient and as a result didn't scare her. She loved her gift, too. Good choice of stalls. Parking a bit of a squash! And please be clear when offering tickets that it is only necessary to pay for any children wanting to see Santa. I bought five, as it wasn't clear whether adults needed to pay too.

Review of Black Horse Beamish Traditional Christmas Market
Arrived quite early and the car park was already chaotic with no management system in place. The front car park was a field on an incline and was quite water logged, so drivers were getting stuck. What added to the chaos was that there was also a wedding taking place and pre-booked Christmas meals, so the venue was really struggling to accommodate so many people! The staff, as lovely and polite as they were, appeared to also be struggling with the chaos. There really was no management structure in place for any part of it. No one was guiding the traffic, guiding the customers to the market, guiding guests to the wedding and diners to the restaurant. Although the Black Horse is a lovely venue with scenic views, the chaos gave me reason to not stay long.
