Review of Durham Vibes

Durham Vibes had great music to share with lots of friendly approachable people on the whole. Once it got going the atmosphere was great.

Drinks were fairly priced and quite a variety was available.

For me the local stalls would have been better situated on the walkway between the music and the drinks area.

Unfortunately there were long waits for drinks. This was firstly due to queuing for tokens and then queuing for drinks. Secondly there were not enough staff serving drinks to cater for all the people at the event.

Toilets are always a sticking point at these events. They started well, were clean and ques were short. By the end of the evening it was the polar opposite and I felt for the ladies.

On the whole a great day to evening festival that could be amazing with a few minor tweeks.

The venue was quite poor at the cricket club. I was queuing for many hours for the bar as well as the toilets 5-6 outdoor toilets was not enough. But I did still have a good night and to see past the queuing situation.

Every thing was great. Only bad points was queuing sizes, limited toilets.
Nothing wrong with the venue it self, was spacious enough but the venue weren't really prepared for the high volume of alcohol sales. Queued for over an hour for the bar. Never been to an event where they've ran out of alcohol but that was soon resolved. But 7 toilets was just not enough either

45-50 minute wait for the bar, only 3 staff on. 40 minute wait to use a portaloo in the car park. Music was great atmosphere was great facilities need a massive improvement alongside staffing levels if the event is going to happen again. Overall great gig at a place that couldn't cope.

Music really good venue ok but dirty rubbish everywhere ques for drinks were 45 minutes long wait!! toilets were vial dirty stank no flood lights not enough for how many people were at the event!! Young kids at least the ages of 12 got in near the end of night!! Such a shame there was more cons then positives

The line up was amazing only down side to the event was there could have been more toilets and the queue time for the bar was ridiculous needs to be looked at for next year

Absolute chaos for drinks and toilets, waited over an hour to get served for drinks. Only plus side was the music which was brilliant.

The music and the venue is good, i just think having 7 portaloos which were not maintained by staff and just 1 bar for like what, 1000-2000 people, is a bit of a silly decision. It was a 45 min wait for just a drink! Not to mention a 20 minute wait for a pee😂

All round decent night! Only
Issue I had was the lack of toilets! And the how dirty they were! Also the cue for drinks was insanely long! Apart from them issues it was a great night!

Absolutely out of this world BUT the bar situation and porta loos were not good.
not enough loos for the amount of people and the queues for drinks was horrendous
