Review of Kubix Festival
Really disappointed by Kubix Festival as a disabled person, the Festival was far from Accessible and I had to leave my wheelchair in the car because the field was ankle deep in mud. The pathways were also not accessible and there was no way whatsoever we could have got my wheelchair into the venue due to the deep mud. I'm aware you're not responsible for the British weather, but you should have a contingency plan in place for worse case scenarios like you experienced. The Accessible entrance should have had some kind of pathway down it, either boards or metal walkways. Also the exit shouldn't have been a small gap in a gate at the bottom of the field with a hill to walk up. This was so difficult for me as I have heart & lung damage as well as severe motability issues. I guess I'm lucky I can walk a bit otherwise we wouldn't have even made it into the festival at all because of the inaccessibility for my wheelchair.
The Accessible toilets were also a massive fail as they were being used by everyone, which meant huge queues, so I was unable to use them after travelling 4 hrs to get to the festival. Even the ones on the Accessible platform were being abused. I had to wait until we left the show and drove to a services, a really serious issue for a kidney patient.
I also couldn't use my space on the Accessible platform with my carer due to not having my wheelchair (due to not being able to bring it into the venue because it was inaccessible) so I had to stand for the festival. This meant I was in horrific pain and only got to see Vengaboys, crowd Kareoke and Boyzlife before having to leave.
Leaving was an absolute trauma, too. I use a wheelchair because of my multiple complex disabilities yet had to wade through ankle deep mud being held up by my carer and 2 friends, because my legs wouldn't work properly due to me having been stood for so long. It was an absolute joke, and my day was beyond ruined. I travelled all that way to be put in further pain and left feeling dejected and miserable. I am very disappointed that once again, the disabled community was let down.
Please think long and hard about accessibility before next year's festivals. We deserve equality. I'm happy to work with you to help you improve disabled access.

Review of Monument Festival
Great day out at Monument Festival (Kubix Festival) yesterday, from taking advantage of the bus pick up in Gateshead through to bus drop off in Newcastle in time for last bus home π Yes, the toilets were poor and the site could have been better maintained, but I was there for the music and you delivered! From first act Girlband through to Jake Bugg at the end (Kooks cancelled! ?β’), seven shows in one?'?π΅π΅πΆπ΅πΆ
I took in ; Girlband, Jesus Jones, The K's, The View, The Coral, Ned's Atomic Dustbin and Jake Bugg, most of them new to me other than the odd track. The K's and Jake Bugg were stand out for me. VFM as always, see you next year ?'?

Review of Live at Herrington: The Human League
The music and sound were good, and the big screens helped if you were further back in the crowd as we were. The crowd were friendly. Unfortunately the VIP package was very poor value for money, which detracted to some extent from our enjoyment of the event.

Review of Monument Festival
Lovely little festival, friendly atmosphere, easy to get round, easy to get to toilets although their could have been a few more, better choice of drinks and better deals next year perhaps, very impressed with the quality of the line up, beats some festivals that have been going for years, maybe mix a few more up and coming bands in with the veterans next year, looking forward to it already, more of the same please!

Review of Monument Festival
Very badly organised and run. Main headliner pulled out on the day once people had already arrived. Timings were all not to schedule - bands has sets cut short / electric fails. The ground was ruined from the festival the week before, nothing was put in place to help prevent this. The toilets had not been cleaned since the previous festival and were nowhere near enough. Food was overpriced and not good.

Review of Monument Festival
Great selection of bands but missed a few due to chaotic organisation and misinformation. No efforts made whatsoever to deal with mud and "security" were slow, incompetent and more interested in womens handbags and touching them up during "patting down". (I have previous security experience and this outfit were shocking). We won't be going back.

Review of Monument Festival
Jake Bugg and Coral great, but sound in tent was crap, smelt awful , and timings all out. Toilets were a disgrace , any one in wheelchair having to use those were disadvantaged., full to top of smelly pee, poo and vomit. Drinks were very expensive. Would not recommend.

Review of Monument Festival
Headliners pulled out (no fault of Monument people) but the other bands pulled it off without them.
The weather (nothing can be done about that) destroyed the ground. The idea of a tent for the acts was a poor one in my opinion, sweaty, dark & overcrowded, bring back a normal stage.
Drink prices are outrageous, no need to rip people off to be fair!
This is the fourth time we've done this local (to us) festival & the atmosphere is always great & we'll probably be back next year.

Review of Monument Festival
Toilets in camp site not cleaned out from festival the weekend before, was the same year before, people having to go in bushes, not great. Because of the rain the majority of Toilets inside the venue were out if use as to wet to get to. Drink prices were extortionate, been to other festivals and not that pricey. Headline act cancelled on the day because of the state of the site, not the organisers fault but it put the whole day out as they changed all the schedules of other acts. Gave it a second chance this year after it wasn't great last year, w9 t be giving them a third chance!!!
