Bounce Adventure is coming to Sunderland Live!Do you need something to keep the kids entertained and burn off some much needed energy?Our bounce Adventure is the perfect event and we have time slots for all ages from 0-14!Join us on the 14th, 15th, 28th and 29th August for 2 Hours Of Unlimited Inflatables!With sessions at 10am (Family Bounce For Children Age 0-4)12 Noon, 2pm and 4pm (For ages 5-14 Only purchase kids tickets, no adults tickets needed) each day!Balcony Caf&#233; so you can watch the kids play with a nice cup of tea or coffee!

Music was not suitable for children. I don't believe I should have to explain what "drop it like it's hot" means to a 4 year old. 

Event started 40 minutes late with no communication to the waiting customers.  No apology was offered. 

H+S signage was poor, tatty bits of a4 paper with age limits scribbled on in pen. 

H+S age limits were not implemented on the larger rides. Witnessed 3 year olds on 6 plus rides. 

Witnessed two accidents, which is no surprise considering H&S wasn't not a priority. 

£3 for a single can of pop. Don't think I need to add any comments to that point. 

Booked the 10-12 session as it was marked as 0-4 in age, in fact it was any age. My son was knocked over twice by teenagers running around. 

Just overall, a poor event. Badly managed and over priced.

Review of Bounce Adventure!

I do recommend the place as it was a lovely day out but the prices for food and drink is pretty expensive

Nothing like we expected. Not that many inflatables, those that were there were crammed in together and dirty - my sons socks and trousers were absolutely filthy after the session. Badly organised. Running almost half an hour late because the inflatables weren't blown up in time. No seating, other than that upstairs - for a disabled person, having to climb a flight of stairs to get a seat is ridiculous. A member of the public offered to get me a chair, staff did not. There were restrictions on young children using the bigger slide but no restrictions on the older children using the small inflatables, which basically meant the toddlers had nowhere to go where they wouldn't be overpowered, bounced and pushed around by bigger kids. The 10am - 1200 session was advertised as being for 0-4 year olds but there were alot of much older children there and many made it difficult for the toddlers that the session was meant for. Overall, very disappointing. Several parents were complaining. The fact that the venue emptied by about 50% within an hour says alot. I do not recommend this activity.

Would definitely recommend kids loved it. My daughter couldn't as she broke her leg the week after I pre booked tickets so was very upset. She's hoping it is on again in the next holidays either October or Xmas holidays.  Me and my sister had four kids between us. Staff were lovely and helpful. Very kind and caring.  Food and drink prices slightly high but kids were overall very happy. Prices to enter were fab for the time given. Definitely a good place out over the summer holidays and especially if you have more than one child. Overall 10/10

Booked onto toddler morning which stated 0-4 years. When everyone arrived there was children up to about 9 one jumped on my 1.5year old. It would have been really good if they stayed within the age limit.

Absolute waste of money, booked my two 11 year olds on as its advertised as 0-14, i also booked an adult ticket, but adults arent allowed on! Got there and they were 30 mins late letting us in without telling anyone why or giving an update. Once in it's actually quite small, only 2 attendants on for safety. My daughters could only go on 3 of the inflatables as they were for under 6s only! Went to get a drink and one of the women and a man were arguing behind the counter and the women complaining about the mess, not to mention £2 for a bottle of water.
Overall complete waste of money and safety hazard. 
Annoyed to have spent money on this event

Advertised as 0-4 years but full of older children. No health and safety in place which caused a little boy to have a serious accident and no crash mat in place. Definitely do not recommend at all

Half an hour late opening, got a parent ticket to not be allowed on anything with my child and they didn't know how to work the card machine to buy drinks
