Review of Santa’s Grotto 2024
£22 per child to see Santa who felt he didn't want to be there, not a very big range of toys for the kids to select after seeing Santa food is a rip off. Fair rides all £3 per ride. Overall slightly disappointing.

Review of Santa’s Grotto 2024
Elves were fantastic. Santa spent a long time with my son however my son found it very difficult to understand what santa was saying due to his strong accent. The gift wasn't worth the money, they were all on the shelf and my son had to pick one. None were age appropriate (or wrapped) and weren't given by Santa himself. Santa was telling my son how to trick his dad with beer. The whole thing was a total rip off and I wouldn't waste my money again.

Review of Winter Wonderland 2024
Sorry but arrived at 4, left at 4.20. Worst xmas event ever, can't call it a winter wonderland. Only a third of stalls open, elf trail shut, no atmosphere, snow globe not operational. So glad I didn't pay more than £2. Drove 45 mins to get there too, never again

Review of Jack and the Beanstalk Panto (5pm-7pm)
The show didn't go ahead I was given a text to say it was cancelled and asked for a refund. I am still waiting for the refund there's been complete silence. Do not book.

Review of Santa’s Grotto 2024
Booked a time slot to then have to wait over a hour cramped with lots of over families, no staff to ask what was happening and no communication, Santa wasn't great and neither was the very poor selection of toys left for £22.
However the venue and decorations throughout were brilliant.

Review of Santa’s Grotto 2024
This year was our 4th year of attending the Rainton Winter Wonderland and this year was disappointing.
The area itself is a lot smaller and the atmosphere wasn't as authentic as Santa seemed awkward along with the Elf present as usually it's Mrs Claus who was always fantastic , there wasn't a lot of interaction and uncomfortable silences. The pathway to Santa was very short and no where near as good as previous years.
There were no photos available to purchase this year when seeing Santa and the gifts were poor variety to previous years and don't feel it was value for money.
