Cars where just been rushed through so you didn't really get the full experience,it's also meant to be a car was they run a sponge over your windows and then rinse them with water, that's not a car wash

Qued for 40 minutes for the actual wash to last 3 minutes. We had 3 people come to our door and that's it

Felt quite rush through the experience to point my car wasn't even washed. Wanted to do the mazes but for another £15 per person is alot when already pay £20 for the car wash was left dispointed. On the plus the actors were great coming round while wait to get into the car wash event.

Big improvement on last year more characters need more interactions and scaring from characters whilst ppl are waiting in long queues to go through some cars didn't have anyone go to them disappointing kids. We had a few come to us and opening the boot to get to kids in a 7 seater car was great fun. One particular clown ( red and white stripes) was so interactive with the crowd and his character posing in front of car whilst videoing him and making hearts with his fingers was hilarious the kids loved it seeing him do this to their Granny. Loved it but long queues and too short a car wash.

I would have got there an hour before my tick*t time if I knew how long the queue to get was going to be. But the experience was fab! Very scary!

Last year we enjoyed this far more. This year we queued for over 1 hour and the experience was no where near as good. The actors only picked out certain cars to scare and we weren't one of them. We only had about 4 characters come to the car. Really disappointed.
