Queued for nearly 1 hr 30mins to be rushed through in under 2mins with not many people dressed up and poor costumes,no where near as good as last year where characters actually got more involved and in character not just standing about.....poor show and poor characters

For what we paid we expected a bit longer in the car wash and just a bit better in the queue. Definitely over priced...won't be back.

Waited an hour and half in a queue of cars then when got to the carwash part in and through in 8mins. Not well organised for how many vehicles and alot of complaints from business's in the area not being able to access their work etc(very rude woman from one factory came to our car and shouted at my partner-we had 3 kids in the car!)
The scare actors where good coming up to your car and even getting in sometimes .
I think overpriced at £22, if bought when first realised for £6 that would've been acceptable.
The concept is good but need to lower how many vehicles at once as not good to be waiting that long for only 8 mins kind of rushed through the actual car wash.

Absolutely incredible. That scary it made me cry which is usually impossible. Loved the mazes as well

It is a long wait. Although they do send some characters around while you're in the queue. The actual car wash by itself is a sensory overload, my kids were absolutely terrified. But the actual car wash is very short lived. If you don't mind a wait in your car it's well worth it

The actual car wash itself is good and some queuing with the characters interacting is part of the experience, however we queued for 2.5 hours. We were all starving and stiff by the time we got through. It spoiled the experience. I wouldn't do this again without some change to the entrance system.
