Waited 3 hours to not even go into the 'horror carwash' even though we had a timeslot of 8pm. Massively over sold time slots. Kids were desperate for the loo so we had to removethe Harris fencing so we could exit. I can hands down say it was the worst experience. Avoid at all costs. Security staff were lovely

Enjoyed it but we had to queue nearly two hours before we actually got into the car wash. Our booking was for 7pm and we didn't leave the venue until 8.50pm

Didn't expect to have to queue for 2 hours for what is essentially a 5 minute experience. Actor's provided some entertainment while we were queuing but unfortunately went over the top and damaged our car (pulled door handle off). This has proved to be far more costly than just the entrance fee.
