Wasn't as good as last year

Was not told to use a flashlight. Both mazes were pitch black, we thought that was part of the scare factor, only to find out afterwards there was dolls rooms and a bloodbath room and we never saw any characters except 2 who came right up to our faces. This was because we went round in darkness, we have since seen videos of the rooms, it doesnt even seem like the same place to us. Feel like 4 of us have wasted our money as havent seen the full experience due to not being told to use a light. I have messaged, was told to email emma and the problem would be sorted, have done and not had a response, comments on the business page regarding my review have been removed! We spent alot of money there on food and drinks and visited the venue for the mark*t and the carwash too, shame we wont be returning due to this being left unresolved! Cant review the music as was none and the atmosphere was also non existant as everything was unseen due to darkness

I cant recommend this enough.
Three mazes. Blackout, don't use a torch folks. It ruins it for you, and others.
You'll need energy for the bus journey.
And enjoy the wee fella, with his magic torch and cozy for two, cage.

Well worth the extra money before going to see Nightmare on Reinton.
Actors were great. Car wash wasn't too bad. Although unexpected, weirdly.

Brilliant night, short but scary. I was dreading going, as previous reviews state waiting time was long. We waited about 10 minutes to get in, and it was a short ride around, but the kids loved it and we would definitely return

This event is a scam. Turned up to find the venue empty with cleaners cleaning it out. Lots of people were also there waiting, waited over an hour with no one there to tell us it wasn't going ahead.
