It wasn’t on when we turned up,we booked for 7pm today Tuesday 22nd,nothing there,loads of people turning up the same as us for nothing ,apparently it’s not there till Thursday now. No email send to tell us,absolute joke,we travelled from Darlington and the kids were gutted.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS WAITED NEARLY 40 minutes to be told that it had been cancelled! Nothing on social media nobody answering customer service! Friends had to physically go look for someone to ask what was going on! Absolute joke! Loads of cars waiting and nobody was informed anything! Awaiting refund IF WE GET ONE

Waited an hour to get thru even after booking in for a certain time, then took all of 3 mins to drive thru , and my car doors were slammed and even one girl jumped across the bonnet , if there was any damages I'd be sending a bill to them

I put 1 star for music as I don't think there was any, well if there was I didn't hear it for all the screaming 😂 but honestly was an amazing experience,,, only thing I would suggest would be making it longer or doing the dual tick*ts for the nightmare on rainton aswell
