Review of Sunderland Live Monster Truck Show
Absolutely appalling! We arrived for the 4pm till 8pm "show" at 4pm. We had to wait until 6pm got the "show" to start: one driver, one monster truck, one stunt - the show lasted 5 minutes in total and everyone left at 6.15pm in disbelief at what we had been sold. We ended up spending over £100 - absolutely ripped off. The organisers should be embarrassed

Review of Sunderland Live Arena Monster Truck Show
The event was value for money however, the time advertised from 10am until 2pm is far too long as there is not enough happening prior to the show which was only ten minutes long. Additional activities for children could have been provided considering the amount in the arena. We arrived at 12 and by 12.30 the children were getting bored waiting for the show. The children had been on every ride and had a ride in the monster truck in this time.

Review of Sunderland Live Arena Monster Truck Show
Not much at the venue, expected more entertainment or a larger funfair. Prices were very expensive overall, the 3 amusements there were cash only which wasnât great either. Monster truck show itself was delayed and didnât last very long and wasnât the 30 minutes that was stated and only 1 out of 3 monster trucks actually did a show, 1 out of 3 monster trucks gave passenger rides for £10 per person which is super expensive for a ride that lasted less than 5 minutes. For all the monster truck ride was good and the show was average, I wouldnât recommend anyone to book this event as overall was super expensive with not much to see or do, spent a lot of time hanging around a car park with no entertainment, rides or anything to fill in time waiting for a delayed show. Kids were fed up and asking to go home before show even started as were bored.

Review of Sunderland Live Arena Monster Truck Show
Hardly anything there, extortionate prices for food & drink. Poorly ran show states 30mins however youâd be lucky if it lasted 15mins that was after a 25minute delay. What a waste of a day out!

Review of Sunderland Live Monster Truck Show
Event was a complete shambles. £10 per person on top of £10 ticket each to ride on a monster truck. The show, if you can call it that, was severely delayed and a total let down as 1 monster truck drove round for no longer than 10minutes
Whole event was advertised as 10-2. There was nothing to keep anyone entertained for that long. Car parking was also a rip off. Would not recommend this to anyone

Review of Sunderland Live Monster Truck Show
Outside of event was poor, a few entertainment stalls with very poor quality, we struggled to stay from 11 am till show at 1 pm as nothing to do and show which was meant to start at 1pm and last one hour started at 1:20 as the only stunt truck was broken, when it was fixed he done the same trick 4 times and show was over by 1:30 boring and waste of time

Took my 3 year old grandson, he loved it, can't stop talking about monster trucks. A great opportunity to get up close and personal with the vehicles and the driver

Review of Sunderland Live Monster Truck show
Advertised as monster truck show 10-2 but didn't give specific time of the actual show and only told when we got there. The show is 30 minutes from 1pm, we got there at 10:30 so had a lot of waiting to do with very little to entertain in the meantime. There were 2 children's fairground rides, a hook a duck, football shoot out (all £3-5 pp) and 2 food stalls (£3 per can of pop and £19 for 4 portions of chips!)
The most enjoyable part for my children was being able to ride the monster truck at a cost of £10 per person. Once they had rinsed us for £80 (not including entry and parking) we had an hour and a half to wait around for the show.
A lot of people left after seeing how little there was to do during the 10 am opening and 1pm show time.
Wouldn't recommend, very over priced for facilities and entertainment provided.

Review of Sunderland Live Arena Monster Truck Show
Not sure why 3 rides a hook the duck and a 10 minute show needs a 4 hour time slot. A lot of bored kids and parents waiting for the 'show' which was just the same stunt performed a few times. Waste of money.

Review of Sunderland Live Arena Monster Truck Show
Cheap enough to get in. Rides cheap 3 or 4 quid. But 10 per person to ride the monster truck is a rip off. 20 quid a kids hoodie is a rip off. Then it's advertised to get photo with trucks... there was one. Then 30 mins show wasn't 30 mins and how boring 4 times.over the cars, no donuts , no tricks boring...

Review of Sunderland Live Monster Truck show
Wouldn't advise at all the "fair" was 3 rides no good for older kids the chips we bought were awful and the show lasted all of 5 minutes before the truck broke and that was the event finished over priced massively for what it was only decent part was the ride on the monster truck which was £10 each in total we'd spent over £150 for it and it was dreadful would of rather spent the money on something else
