Horrendous. Waited an hour for a drink at the bar but never served. Then shouted at by bar staff for taking a drink out i never had :) Shambles.

They over sold tickets, bar staff served same people/ their mates instead of others. Group of people at the bar for an hour and didn’t get served. Closed bar early for nye as ran out of glasses. Didn’t let everyone back in after fireworks. Places was completely rammed and was a waste of money. Ended up calling it a night after not getting served again, and left.

Waited an hour at the bar to get served, taking us up to 11:50pm. Was then told they were stopping serving and everyone was to go outside for the bells. At this point we still hadn’t got a drink. We left immediately after this. Was also told you would receive a dram at the bells and didn’t get this. Total waste of time and money.

Sadly let down by this New Years event, over an hour wait at the bar for a drink each time, music wasn’t great, also a free drink was advertised for the bells yet this was not the case.

Absolutely shocking. Waited a whole hour for a drink then they closed the bar before I could order. Forced us outside whilst they cleared up. We were then shouted at for taking drinks (which we never got) outside. Shambles
