Join us for a night of vibrant music as we welcome back Forrobamba, the dynamic Brazilian forró band that’s been lighting up stages since 2012!
Formed in London by childhood friends Guilhermino Ramos and Cassio Matheus, along with accordionist Rodrigo Vasconcelos, Forrobamba is known for their energetic and cheerful style that gets everyone dancing. Their music is a joyful celebration of traditional ‘pé de serra’ forró, featuring lively rhythms like coco, maracatu, and baião, as main example.
This trio’s infectious energy and passion for forró have made them a beloved name in the European and Brazilian music scenes so whether you’re a longtime fan or new to their sound, you won’t want to miss this chance to experience Forrobamba’s irresistible rhythms live.
