Queuing when you have a ticket isn't great. We had to wait for over 30 mins. Couldn't get near the bar so only had one drink the whole night. No cups so was drinking wine out of a pint glass. Also glass all over the floor it was awful. Wouldn't go back ever again

Great party atmosphere

I paid over £15 for my tickets to this event, and they didn't let me and my friends into the venue due to being 'at capacity'. You should NOT oversell tickets, leaving people literally wasting money. I would like to see a full refund of my ticket.

The afrobeats room should have been room 1 it was too small and the majority of people wanted to hear afrobeats. Even though you had a ticket which was expensive for the venue you had to queue. The bar is awful you have to queue for so long and even though the staff will see you waiting they will serve other people who have literally been there for minutes.

Pros: cool venue, lots of space, sitting areas, lots of toilets, good music, nice mix of people, cloakroom

Cons: way too hot - need better air circulation like fans or AC (it was unbearable in some areas of the club), huge lines to the bar and a long wait (20min-30min min.) to buy a drink (more staff was evidently needed)
