Review of EH1 FESTIVAL
For the extra cost of vip tickets was left wondering why i paid the extra .? There was nothing vip about the experience at all up to and including the fact that the 4 tickets promised by capital fm turned into 3 tickets when received disappointing to say the least , 1 friend sadly got left out and wasn't happy at all
Review of EH1 FESTIVAL
Poorest looking festival I’ve ever been to. It was as if they spent all their budget on the artists & forgot about everything else. There was no wow factor or atmosphere, DJ’s looked bored, tents were the wrong size so we barely got to see any artists we wanted to as we couldn’t get in the tents. VIP was ok, it looked like someone had taken their 3 piece sofa from their house & put it in the outside area. There was an issue with only having 4 female toilets & they were blocked by mid afternoon, but they thankfully brought portaloos in later. I’ve been to many festivals at ingliston that have been fantastic but this wasn’t one of them

Review of EH1 FESTIVAL
This was close as to whether I would recommend or not. It was a yes but only just. On the positive side, the music that my girlfriend and I specifically went to see was brilliant and that is the main thing. However you do go for an overall experience and that was not so great. The start was a tad inauspicious as the ticket scanners had not turned up, but nevermind they eventually did. Now on to the "catering". The bar..a poor selection of overpriced drinks. £5 for a bottle of Fosters..seriously. To add insult to injury, you had to buy strips of tokens at a minimum of £20 per strip. Food options...this was beyond laughable, just 2, yes 2, catering vans, selling pretty much the same thing, burgers and chips. If you were vegetarian, you could always have the chips! Message to the organisers, you need to drag yourself out of the "stone ages" here and have a serious rethink on this front! Not sure there were enough toilets either. The venue was ok, the main hall was fine but the tents were on top of each other and music from one would leak into another. The atmosphere in the main hall was great but thought outside it was a bit edgy but maybe that was a result of everything being cramped together. Would I go again, just about but only with a bit of a rethink by the organisers
