Featuring:
Dog Tired - SCO
Scottish kings of the riff celebrate their 20th anniversary with a crushing set spanning over 6 albums. This will be an exclusive set with guest appearances and pyro. Witness this monumental display of obnoxious heavy metal in all its glory. It is set to be one for the history book of metal.
Ten Ton Slug - IRE
Riff Driven Sludge from the Emerald Isle. Fresh from a short stint of shows in Ireland promoting their new album 'Colossal Oppressor' and an American tour appearing at Maryland Doom fest, they triumphantly return to Scotland to cover the city in slug sludge.
Disposable - SCO
Absolute heavy hitters from the capital. Appearing at Bloodstock this year, their unique blend of thrash, black, groove is timeless throughout the land. They have just celebrated their 15th year anniversary this year and are ready to pummel their riffs on their home turf.
Death Awaits - FRA
Death/ Slam/ Riffs from Lyon. Recorded, Death Awaits are absolutely crushing but live they will tear your face clean off! Expect some serious gurn faces and an even more spectacular timed light show. Not for the faint hearted.
Hammer - SCO
Winners of this years 'Metal to the Masses' New Blood stage and Brujeria support, Hammer have smashed through the Edinburgh scene solidifying their place as one of Edinburgh's heavy hitters. Imagine Leatherface started a band and demanded his riffs sounded like chainsaws. That's Hammer. Abrasive, disgusting, raw.
Certain Death - SCO
Kings of the Kingdom of Fife. These dudes are renowned throughout the land for their relentless rap n roll party time sets. If you haven't ever experienced a CD set before, prepare for carnage. Featuring ex members of the Exploited/ Black Bomb A.
Souls of Jack Ketch - ENG
Geordie Death Thrash from Newcastle. They recently just dropped their pounding new album 'Juggernaut' and have been smashing the riff circuit for years. The most bald band ever.
Melted Messiah - SCO
Stoner/ Doom/ Sludge/ Black metal from Dunfermline. With a unique twist of complete chaos and almost sermon vibe. They are killer.
AFTERPARTY SHOW
The festivities continue at Scotland's most haunted pub at 'The Banshee Labyrinth'.
Brainbath - SCO
80s and old school inspired Death Metal. These dudes are a 90s death metal fans wet dream. Extreme riffs, spikes and pits await. They were recently featured in Metal Hammer Magazine highlighting the new resurgence of Death metal in Scotland. Seeing them in Edinburghs most haunted pub will be nothing short of epic.
Razor Sharp Death Blizzard - SCO
Closing off the festivities are these legends from the borders. A complete force of charged violence from start to finish. Not for fans of Tories.
