Review of Tipsy Bank Holiday Sunday
After paying £40 for 2 tickets online, we were then made to pay £15 each on the door after waiting almost an hour in queue (even though we had tickets bought already) as the girl who was at the reception stated that the ticket entry was only valid until 12 and it stated this on the email and on the ticket. I showed her my email confirmation and showed how nowhere does it state that last entry is 12 and she with 0 remorse and complete attitude stated that we either pay entry again or we leave. I am a regular at club tipsy and attend and travel from Glasgow when there is events on and to experience this is extremely off putting. I even messaged club tipsy the next day to try to resolve this however my message was not opened.

Buying tickets online for £13 and been told at the entry having to re-buy them for £15 is an absolute joke , the staff girl was so rude and unprofessional trying to convince me it said on the ticket you can only use it till 12am which did not at all and she couldn’t show me where after me fully giving her the email confirmation.

Around 1 a clock I was trying to go out for a cigarette,there was a bouncer that stopped me saying there's too many people trying to get in,I waited a few minutes next to him then he said I could go when i got to the door I got pushed back by the manager with a stinking attitude,then we went out and ge said we cand get back in causing that my girlfriend told him "f**k off" which she never said. I have paid vip tickets and I bought a bottle of hennesy which I got charged 150 pound instead of 130 what the price was in the menu. When the cooky manager decided not to let us in we have left more than half a bottle inside. I asked him to let me finish my drink at least then I will happily leave,he said that wasn't possible and I will get a refund back. So I would like to get the management team to get in touch with me to sort this out. Please and thank you!
