Review of Terminal V Halloween 2024
Hey there! I am a UX designer and would like to give my opinion about the overall user experience, as it could be useful for further festival editions.
I enjoyed the lineup, music was amazing and there was not much queue in the bars.
I did have some awkward encounters with some bar staff where they were being a bit racist towards me and my friends which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
I was told by many people the fact that there was no place to sit down, being that the reason why they don't attend the festival again. I could see why, I did miss some cosy place to sit and chill out for a little bit and cool off and have a cigarette and a chat with my pals.
The toilets were extremely far away from the stages, which I can understand this being a hygiene measure, but maybe they could be distributed in different areas?
I would love to be able to come to the next edition and give some more insight if requested but I do really wish for a little cosy area to chill out and have some sort of different vibes.
I also think the website and information provided days prior, are a bit misleading and confusing.
