Review of Shanghai Presents... In the Land of Oz. NYE 2024

Upon arrival, the gatekeeper refused us entry, even though we had valid tickets. When we questioned this, we were treated dismissively and eventually kicked out of the line without any proper explanation. It was evident to us that the refusal of entry was racially motivated, which is deeply upsetting and unacceptable in this day and age.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I called the contact number provided by club, but no one offered any assistance. We were left feeling humiliated, frustrated, and stranded after making considerable effort and expense to plan this evening.

Brilliant night, so busy, maybe too busy but that surely can't be a complaint. Great atmosphere created by amazing music and excellent DJing from Huggy and Jon Mancini all round

What an amazing day/night. Music was fab and saw folks I've not seen in over 30 years. Music is definitely the answer.

Such a fantastic day, banging tunes great atmosphere. Hope there's more to come.

Absolute blinder of a night. Great crowd, atmosphere was amazing and Huggy and Jon Mancini providing top tunes all night look. Fab to see so many old faces having a top night without a mobile phone in sight. 🎉🙌🏻
