Payed for vip with fast pass entry didn’t get allowed the fast pass entry and vip wasn’t worth the money was the same as the normal area

After buying a ticket for the event me and 2 friends paid for a taxi up to Shanghai for 2 expecting to get in as on the tickets it clearly says last entry 04.00 however we were told it was too busy and were not allowed in
