I usually see Aynsley Lister play the Caves, Edinburgh every year for the past 7 years or so, He usually does a great show. Last night he performed without a keyboard player, which diminished my enjoyment of some of his songs such as 'Home'. He was too loud and I Ieft after a few numbers - all in all it was disappointing. The support act - Derek Smith - who played acoustic guitar was very good.

Both Ainley and the support act were fantastic. The venue is small enough to get close to the band. Great atmosphere and music.

Great venue, the bands and artists were excellent, however it was very poorly promoted and seemed very few tick*ts were sold, which was a great shame as the standard of performance was very impressive.
