Really good venue, some technical mishaps and some of the music choices seem random. The live acts were really good. A DJ may have been a better choice between live acts.

For the price paid, people were able to enter free. So spending money on the tickets wasn't even necessary. "Santa's grotto" was smaller than a regular bathroom containing santa with the christmas spirit of Halloween who gave my son a cheap selection box (paid extra for this magical experience). The very few stalls that were there, packed into a small hall were nice but extortionately priced. Nothing was as advertised when purchasing tickets. It was essentially, pay to go and spend money. The best part was leaving.

I have given everything 1 ⭐️ as I did not have the opportunity to rate anything. We arrived at 4.30pm on Sunday to a girl who could not apologise enough. She had been told that all people who purchased tickets for Sunday had been sent an e-mail to say the opening times of the market had been changed (after Saturday’s turnout) to 11am-4pm. I did not receive an e-mail and unfortunately neither did the party of 4 who arrived in front of us

Felt so sorry for the girl who had to pass the info on that the market had closed . Shame on the organiser not bothering to send e-mails and leaving the poor girl to deal with it. Bad customer service 👎
