I bought the cancellation insurance with my ticket and became so unwell that I couldn't attend . When I tried to get a refundI would have to get a medical certificate or provide a written report from my GP !!! This would cost me much more than I paid for the ticket so couldn't claim my refund . Skiddle must have known that the insurance company they use had these impossible conditions so I hold them both responsible for not providing refunds . They also dont pay out if people are worried about Covid , which is at a peak in my area just now !! I would discourage anyone from using Skiddle as they are clearly not a reputable company !! Very , very disappointing .
