Did not get a ticket as it was not made clear that the we were meant to be in the waiting room half an hour before. Got a bus ticket anyway incase the tickets weren't released when I was on the app however I never got a refund for that either

Review of The Enchanted Garden Ball
Great event! Had everything we wanted from a festival atmosphere. The event was very busy!! Spent a long time in the queue for bars and rides which was a shame as this wasted a lot of the evening. Not enough food choice. There didn't seem to be any EDM / dance music stages and felt this was missing from the music on offer - overall an incredible evening and thumbs up for having enough loos for everyone :) thanks x
