Not impressed at all!!! I booked to see a Christmas Carol which was cancelled for Elf, got an e-mail to say my tickets were transferred! I explained we had tickets for another venue so I didn’t want this and I wanted a refund! Complete waste of money!!! I didn’t go and no refund!!!!!
