Review of Jingle All The Way - Christmas Drive In Saturday 3pm
Hey team, We enjoyed the film and knowing we had supported a worthwhile charity, but the event itself was a letdown. The cars were parked square onto the screen so the kids couldn't really see from the back seat. I struggled from the passenger seat. A curved system would have been an improvement. The event was advertised as having the big feed there. This conjures up an image of lots of food trucks and options for food. 1 food truck selling cold, over priced food with long waiting times and an ice cream van selling cans of juice for £2.50 was a real disappointment and prices many families out, especially at this time of year. There was no atmosphere this year. Previous visits have had games, singalong and fun in the lead up to the movie. There was none of this this year. The staff were all festive and super helpful which was brilliant, what a great team you had. But overall it was over promised and under delivered.

Review of Elf - Christmas Drive In Saturday 6pm
All enjoyed despite it being a drizzly evening. Connected well to sound and managed to see the screen after moving from original position.
Positioning of vehicles seemed to take some time and staff seemed unsure of the best approach. I've experienced similar events and it felt more organised by ensuring higher suv style vehicles are further back with lower vehicles at the front, this seemed a little unorganised and we had to move from the original position we were guided to due viewing restrictions.
Still enjoyed the experience though and would go back.

Review of Elf - Christmas Drive In Friday 9pm
Car positioning was poor due to where the stewards situated us. Food options really poor! Website states Big Eat snack vans but there were only 2 and one was only selling overpriced hotdogs and the other was an ice cream van in December... Was really looking forward to this but whole night was horrendous!

Review of Home Alone - Christmas Drive In Friday 6pm
The staff and the movie was brilliant but take your own food! There is no food truck like previous years! We were looking forward to Mac n cheese and went hungry to find only a coffee and cake van and ice cream van. The coffee and cake van served cold hotdogs! £20 for a hotdog (cold) a handful of Doritos with cold cheese sauce(only vegetarian option) and 3 donuts! It was all awful and didn't get eaten! I was so disappointed as was my husband. Kids luckily had snacks....get a mcds on the way and you will have a fabulous time....only wish we had known 🙁

Review of Elf - Christmas Drive In Friday 9pm
As someone who suffers from Crohns Disease, I was really looking forward to my first event. I felt let down by the hospitality, no christmas atmosphere/music and no build up to the film. I have been to Itison for the drive thru movies for several years and felt this was much more christmassy and a better experience over all. I will continue to support this charity as it means a lot to me. Hope this review helps.
