Review of Prog Before Xmas 2022
A great day of fantastic music and all for a good cause, an early start this year, but that meant a finish that allowed most of the audience to use public transport, whisch meant more money over the bar! It was strange to be sitting for PB4X. A quality line up of Scottish prog rock.

I've been going to PB4X since the beginning & wouldn't miss it, you are always guaranteed some of the best modern Scottish Prog music around (as well as other visiting bands on occasion), it's always very well organised with good sound & lights, & all done for a very worthy cause, you will find yourself alongside a lovely friendly crowd of like-minded people, I had no problem with the switch back to the CCA venue, but the 'Drygate' venue is also pefect for it and possibly allows more ticket sales (& also an option to stand up to watch & enjoy the gig). Any open minded fan of the modern Prog scene would be right at home at these PB4X gigs, highly recommended to anyone who likes something just a wee bit different.
