Classic Grand Glasgow

We paid extra for VIP as there was a group of us there for my birthday and we wanted a table and private bar. When we arrived at 10.20pm (event started at 10pm) we were told there was an issue with band before so we had to wait outside. Got in just after half past 10 and got taken into another room with a bar as they weren't ready about 30mins or so later we were allowed up to where djs were playing. Asked bouncer on door about VIP he had no idea told us to ask bar, went to bar asked someone she had no idea, spoke to another bouncer he had no idea, spoke to another bar staff and he said up there just go up but we didn't feel comfortable as there was a red rope across it. Spoke to another bar staff who said she ll speak to manager came back and said manager will open it soon for you 10mins later still nothing went down to speak to the guys on the door to be told short staffed and it won't open tonight even thought we paid more for this. Anyway after all that standing about not having a clue we enjoyed our night. Came home and next day checked the usb we got included with VIP tick*ts and it's all from Dheejay (none that were playing on the night even though it was meant to be IAAR 10yr anniversary usb) all Celtic songs and bye bye rangers ???? Nothing to do with I'm a raver. So has put us off re booking as a bigger group for another occasion coming up
